Note:

• All prices in Indian Rupee.
• Club subscription Rs. 50/- per day per head subject to a max of Rs.500/- for 30 days.
• Extra mattress for every additional occupant (above 5 yrs. of age).
• Heritage Suites (Nos 2, 3 & 4) and AC Suite (Nos 11 & 12) are not available for allotment to Marriage Parties.
• The above rates are inclusive of all applicable Taxes.

 

Terms & Conditions:

1. Provision of extra mattress is restricted as under:

5, 6, 7, 8	Two only.
9, 10	Not permitted.
11 to 33	One only.

2. Club subscription is applicable to lodgers sponsored by Secunderabad Club Members as STT Members.

3. Affiliated Members are not required to pay Club subscription and will be charged Rs. 50/- per head per day. They are not entitled to accommodate / introduce guests to the Club.

4. Room Rent will be paid in advance before occupation of quarters, by all Affiliated Club Members.

5. Cancellation Charges:

6. Limited Room service (F&B) is available to the occupants of Residential Quarters from 6.30 AM to 10.00 PM.

7. The Check In / Out time is at 12 noon.

8. Booking of accommodation will be accepted upto 180 days in advance.

9. Charges for Early Check In (Subject to availability of room):

10. Charges for Late Check Out (Subject to availability of room):

11. Occupant who wishes to check-in and check-out on the same day will be charged one day rent.

12. No charges will be levied for children below 5 years of age.
