- Monthly Charges Rs. 250/- per month
- The Tennis Court shall be open for play between 0600 hrs. to 0900 hrs. and 1600 hrs. 2000 hrs.
- Two new balls will be given for Court No.1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6 (SYNTHETIC SURFACE) on Sunday, Tuesday, Friday and every alternate Thursday.
- Primarily all courts are for use of "DOUBLES" only, however, any Court could be used for "SINGLES" provided it is not in use for "DOUBLES". Singles has to be stopped when a Foursome is made for Doubles.
- Once four Players assemble on a court for a game of Doubles they can continue playing provided no fresh player is waiting. However should a fresh player arrive while the four players are warming up, before the game commences, the four players can continue to play till the set is over.
- A player after finishing a set cannot continue to play another set if any player is waiting irrespective of the number of sets the latter has played.
- Members' Children and beginners can play with "MARKER" on a prescribed fee. However, a Member who is a beginner shall have priority to play with the Marker.
- Members' Children and Dependent Members between the age group of 16 & 21 years and Beginners shall play on Court Nos. 3 & 4 only. The Coach shall decide beginner’s category.
- Players should use only Shoes meant for Tennis especially on Court No.5, which is a synthetic surface court, to avoid damage to the surface of the court. The coach will decide on the suitability of the shoes.
- Dress Regulations and other Rules as prescribed by the All India Tennis Association should be strictly adhered to.
- The subscription charges, Guest Fees and charges for Floodlight Court will be as laid down from time to time.
- Courts are available to Members for private matches @ Rs. 2500/- per day for each court from 10.00AM to 15.00 PM
